We are looking for a Vice President of Sales Intelligence & Enablement to provide executive leadership as a member of the Retail Executive Leadership Team. This role serves as the senior point of accountability for equipping marketing and distribution teams with the tools, insights, and capabilities needed to drive revenue growth, productivity, and market competitiveness across our life insurance and annuities business.
You will lead and develop Sales Development & Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, and Sales Enablement teams, including Training. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Accounts, Product, Operations, IT, and executive leadership to deliver integrated, scalable solutions across the enterprise. This position is designed for someone who is excited by leading national financial institution relationships, driving enterprise-level growth strategies, and building high-performing teams.
