This position is designed to be the driving force behind our group and event sales strategy. You will serve as the primary liaison between UKR and prospective clients, responsible for developing and soliciting new business while nurturing relationships with former clients. The role focuses on selling group sales, events, tickets, and team-building activities to achieve specific sales volume and revenue targets.
In this role, you will partner closely with Revenue Operations and Operations teams to ensure that every negotiated contract and marketing plan translates into a successful client experience. A key component of your day-to-day involves driving hotel occupancy by creatively packaging room blocks with special events, park access, and meal options. You will act as a brand ambassador, conducting facility tours and promoting our integrated lodging and entertainment offerings to corporate planners, destination marketing organizations, and convention bureaus.
Your work will directly impact the resort's growth by securing new business through direct outreach, networking, and engagement with professional associations. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal creation to contract negotiation and execution—ensuring a smooth transition from sale to event delivery. By maintaining deep knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends, you will help shape sales initiatives that maximize occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR) while delivering value to our clients.

Technical acumen to effectively navigate point-of-sale and CRM systems including Salesforce, Delphi/Amadeus (Space Management/BEO), and Horizon/SAP POS/ticketing system. Knowledge and experience working in Frisco, Dallas, and surrounding areas hospitality and/or event industry. Experience with group sales and/or Frisco market.
