The Shift Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role designed to ensure our stores deliver outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This position acts as the bridge between the Assistant Store Manager and the front-line team, performing all duties of a Customer Service Representative while supervising daily operations.
In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Shift Supervisor takes full charge, directing the activities of all team members. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong customer service culture, coaching team members on compliance and transaction procedures, and resolving customer complaints. The role requires a high-energy leader who can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment, maintain a clean store environment, and support community marketing efforts.
