About the Role
A Retail Parts Pro is a professional-level sales position designed to support the advanced functions of our DIY business. This role serves as a critical resource for customers, combining expert knowledge of store systems with deep automotive and parts expertise. You will be the go-to person for advanced identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance, helping DIYers navigate complex repairs and sourcing needs.
In this position, you will facilitate a superior selling experience for both in-store and phone customers. Beyond sales, you will manage essential DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs. As a key holder, you will also take on leadership responsibilities, including task assignment, safety oversight, and open/close duties, ensuring the store operates smoothly and maintains high standards of appearance and service.

To ensure you are the right fit for this role, candidates must successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate their ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
