About the Role

As a Senior Technician, the Lead Security Systems Technician is responsible for independent field operations, technical oversight, and project leadership. This role demands advanced technical expertise, as well as organizational and leadership skills to manage project sites, ensure quality, and oversee field teams.

You will serve as the key technical liaison between Active Security's project teams and clients. In this capacity, you will perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics, including advanced programming and system integration tasks, independently and collaboratively resolving complex issues on-site. You will also manage site safety, quality, and schedule adherence, ensuring all activities comply with design specifications and authority requirements.

Work Environment

This position requires a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and organizational skills. Technicians must handle prolonged tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and operate in diverse environments. The role may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and requires strict adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining company-issued tools, vehicles, and equipment.
