We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to support our industrial water treatment customers in the Little Rock, Arkansas region. This role serves as the primary technical advisor and relationship manager, bridging the gap between complex technical programs and commercial growth. You will ensure program excellence in cooling, boiler, influent, and wastewater treatment systems while expanding Solenis' presence in the region.
In this position, you will act as the on-site technical partner for industrial clients, building strong relationships with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. Your day-to-day involves conducting routine testing, troubleshooting system issues, and performing root cause analyses to optimize performance. Beyond technical execution, you will drive commercial success by identifying new business opportunities, managing revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and high service quality.
