About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive, smart, and promotable Technical Sales Territory Manager to lead our Bowling Green, Kentucky territory. This role involves selling industrial water treatment chemicals for boilers and cooling towers to a diverse range of industrial customers, including data centers, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing, and wastewater facilities.

You will manage an established territory with a sizeable existing book of business while developing new business through cold calls. The position requires a blend of sales acumen and technical expertise: you will run chemical tests to analyze water, document results, and interact with mechanical equipment such as pumps, tubing, piping, and valves. Additionally, you will program electronic equipment like cooling tower chemical controllers. This is a field-based role where you will work out of your home within the greater Bowling Green area, with flexibility to cover Western Kentucky and potentially near Louisville.
