About the Role

The Maine Paper Mill District Sales Manager is a high-achieving sales professional responsible for assuming our Maine sales territory with excellent upside growth potential. This role serves as a strategic hub for growing and maintaining our business in the region, requiring a successful history of cold-calling, prospecting, and creating new business. The position functions as both an Account Manager and a Business Development Manager, allowing the right candidate to act entrepreneurially while solving complex customer problems.

As part of the sales and growth team, you will work to maintain and increase business while improving chemical treatment programs for our diverse client base. You will be resolute and passionately focused on providing value-added papermaking and process solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and demonstrates our core competencies: communication, customer focus, innovation, integrity & ethics, lean & safety, and a passion to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
