About the Role
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Regional Electrical OEM (EOEM) Account Manager to join our team. This role is designed for a customer-first, solution-minded individual ready to expand our reach in key market segments by identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic partnerships with electrical and original equipment manufacturers (E/OEMs). As an IMPACT Maker, you will operate at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization, contributing to a more resilient and efficient world. You will collaborate with internal teams across lines of business, marketing, pricing, and operations to ensure the seamless integration of E/OEM products and services, while building lasting relationships with key industry decision-makers.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- verified5+ years of experience in business development
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Bridge Front Office (bFO)/CRM software
Nice to Have
Experience in E/OEM Segment, LV/MV electrical distribution equipment.
