The DSS Administrator serves as a vital bridge between Yamaha and our channel partner customers. This role exists to effectively resolve opportunities while nurturing relationships and protecting brand credibility. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction and Yamaha's brand strength while supporting the achievement of corporate sales and departmental goals.
In this position, you will manage escalated channel partner issues, oversee order processing, and facilitate knowledge transfer for dealer setup and loan management transactions. Your day will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate metrics, process cross-departmental approvals, and support Salesforce case workloads. You will also play a key role in attracting, engaging, and developing team members within the department.
