Agilix Solutions is seeking a key leader for our East Region, based in the St. Louis, MO metro area. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this role is pivotal in growing sales revenue, profitability, and the Agilix brand across the region.
You will define and align sales resources to support Company growth objectives across all product verticals. The ideal candidate will further develop a high-performing sales team that personifies our Company’s Core Values, enabling Agilix to be the distributor of choice for our customers. This position requires a disciplined approach to managing complex business models while maintaining simplicity, and the ability to frequently travel to all branches within the assigned region.
