About the Role
The Preventative Maintenance Account Executive is a strategic sales role dedicated to cultivating new service agreement opportunities and driving recurring revenue. You will focus exclusively on selling maintenance agreements that ensure the long-term reliability and efficiency of clients' mechanical systems. This position is designed for a self-starter who thrives on consultative selling, transforming facility assessments into customized proposals that address specific client goals and equipment needs.
In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between Upchurch's technical capabilities and the decision-makers at commercial and industrial facilities. Your day-to-day involves proactive outreach, networking, and building robust relationships with facilities managers and property owners. By collaborating closely with our service management and dispatch teams, you ensure that the sales promises made are delivered with precision, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
