As a Full-Time Sales Consultant, you will become an integral part of our team, driving home sales within our manufactured housing communities. Your primary mission is to deliver a professional, responsive, and service-oriented experience to prospective buyers, guiding them from their initial inquiry through to the closing of their new home.
In this role, you will be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for visitors and leads. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, including lead follow-up, home and community tours, application support, and transaction coordination. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and organized, capable of building trust quickly while managing multiple prospects simultaneously. You will play a key role in converting community traffic into home sales, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to a polished and customer-focused environment.
