The Assistant Store Manager serves as a vital leadership partner to the Store Manager, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take on the full scope of store operations.
In this position, you will not only perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative but also step up to direct the activities of the entire team in the Store Manager's absence. Your day will involve building strong relationships with customers, fostering a culture of service excellence, and assisting in the recruitment and development of a motivated team. You will analyze financial trends to drive sales, manage community marketing efforts, and ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Whether resolving customer complaints or maintaining a clean and organized store environment, you will be instrumental in upholding PLS's core values of Communication, Customer Focus, Integrity, Teamwork, and Results.
This position is based at our Phoenix, AZ location (7450 W Thomas Road).
