The Senior Installation Superintendent – Electronic Security serves as the critical field leader for complex technology projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, project managers, and diverse field teams. This position is designed to bridge the gap between design and execution, ensuring that intricate security systems are installed with precision and quality. As the key field position for the bulk of on-site work, you will interpret drawing packages to create the foundation for finished systems, ranging from rack and enclosure build-outs to panel terminations and device testing.
In this role, you will mentor technicians, set the standard for technical excellence, and manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale, long-duration projects. You will operate with a high degree of independence, often serving as the sole senior supervisor on-site, making critical decisions regarding safety, scheduling, and technical troubleshooting on behalf of the project management team. Success in this position requires a unique blend of advanced technical proficiency in electronic security systems and strong diplomatic skills to navigate relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Our team is dedicated to delivering high-fidelity electronic security solutions that protect our clients' assets. We pride ourselves on a collaborative culture where knowledge sharing is encouraged to further develop skill sets across the organization. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be a vital part of a positive team environment, responsible for coordinating with project management, field superintendents, and design engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Your ability to anticipate issues, communicate effectively, and maintain strict quality control (DIV28 specifications) directly impacts the success of our client engagements.

You will be required to use your own vehicle for travel, with mileage reimbursed at the corporate rate. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate both technical mastery and leadership capabilities.
