The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional responsible for comprehensively managing smaller projects from inception through completion. This role exists to help lead projects for our clients, serving as a poised facilitator who knows how to get the best out of project teams and empower them to succeed.
Nothing is routine here; every day brings a new measure of excitement and professional challenge. You will act as the client's best partner, coordinating project teams and ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. As a teammate, you will be responsible for establishing client relationships across varying market sectors, including local, state, and federal government agencies, private customers, and contractor partnerships. You will articulate client goals, assist in planning scope and objectives, and facilitate project meetings to track actions and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Experience with Smartsheet and Deltek Vision (or similar ERP system). Knowledge of AIA standard contracts and forms. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents. Experience in architectural and engineering design, coordination, documentation, and construction. BS in Architecture or Engineering. Project Management Institute's PMP or PSMJ's AECPM Certification and/or Licensed Architect or PE designation. Experience in managing multi-discipline commercial, government, or retail projects.
