The Customer Support organization at ASML is dedicated to the installations, qualification, repair, and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites. As a Field Service Engineer - HMI SBI, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing daily interactions and serving as a bridge between the client and senior engineering resources. Your core mission is to execute independent problem-solving and action plans for both regular and irregular maintenance activities. You will run diagnostics, perform maintenance, and ensure high-quality end results.
Your day-to-day involves a unique blend of technical precision and customer engagement. You will maintain and service HMI MBI equipment, often working in clean rooms for up to 12 hours in specialized protective gear. Beyond technical execution, you will interface with internal stakeholders, including junior and senior engineers and line managers, while coaching junior engineers in their growth. You will also advise customers on correcting system malfunctions and train them on equipment use and maintenance.
