
The Head of Sales Enablement leads the strategy and execution of programs designed to maximize sales team performance at Activated Insights, a high-growth healthcare technology company. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to translate business strategy into field execution. Key responsibilities include owning the comprehensive enablement strategy, designing onboarding and ramp programs, embedding sales methodologies like SPICED and Challenger Sale, and developing centralized content libraries. The position offers the opportunity to build infrastructure for a rapidly scaling organization within a collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on improving care delivery. The role is based in-office in either Tampa, Florida, or Idaho Falls, Idaho.
