About the Role
The General Manager for the Scottsdale boutique serves as the steward of the Creed brand experience. This role is dedicated to overseeing all daily operations while building a teamwork environment and leading by example to ensure all goals are met. The ideal candidate will deliver a captivating, branded customer experience and enable consistent sales growth that positively represents the luxury brand. You will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class customer service both internally and externally, acting as the face of the boutique in the Scottsdale community.
