As an eCommerce Coordinator for Curlsmith, you will play an integral role in supporting and elevating the brand's direct-to-consumer (DTC) shopping and educational experience. This position is designed for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering best-in-class online experiences. You will focus heavily on website content management and SEO while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across Product Development, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Social Media, PR, and the EMEA eCommerce team.
Your day-to-day will involve driving the smooth execution of product launches, site merchandising, and promotional campaigns. You will partner with the Senior eCommerce Manager to optimize Product Listing Pages, enhance product discoverability, and execute page optimization plans based on reporting insights. Additionally, you will coordinate inventory management, support CRM initiatives, and assist in managing paid media campaigns to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
This role is based in Boston, MA, with a hybrid work model. At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid schedule designed to support collaboration and productivity. The standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Please note that hybrid eligibility and schedules may vary based on business needs and manager expectations.
