About the Team
The community team at FIGS supports our incredible healthcare professional ambassadors. This group consists of leaders in their given space, changemakers for healthcare, and advocates for our brand on social and beyond. This position will work closely with social, impact, and other cross-functional partners frequently.
About the Role
You will partner with the community team to support all ambassador-inclusive initiatives, both internally and externally. Your day-to-day will involve supporting digital and in-person event planning for the ambassador community, maintaining up-to-date information on our team members, and assisting with exciting new product launches through sampling and ordering. You will also aid in content creation for community-specific social media platforms and inboxes, support the Threads for Threads charitable giving efforts by communicating with partners, and have the opportunity to assist with digital design and content creation needs.
