About the Role
The General Manager for the Scottsdale boutique serves as the operational leader for the Creed store, overseeing all daily activities while fostering a collaborative teamwork environment. This role is designed to lead by example, ensuring all goals are met while delivering best-in-class customer service both internally and externally.
In this position, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a captivating, branded customer experience that enables consistent sales growth. You will represent the luxury ethos of Creed, ensuring that every interaction reflects the sophistication and heritage of the house. The role requires a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and operational precision to navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest shop floor standards.

Requirements
