What Success Looks Like

In this role, every guest feels welcome, relaxed, and cared for from their first greeting to their last pour. You will ensure drinks are crafted with precision and consistency every time, while the bar operates smoothly, maintaining its pace even during peak hours. The bar areas will remain spotless, organized, and visually polished, ensuring guests leave with a genuine connection and a reason to return. Communication between the bar, service, and culinary teams will be seamless and respectful.

You should be calm under pressure, possessing strong organizational and multitasking skills.
