As a Greeter at Azul Hospitality, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Your mission is to maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting every guest with a smile and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. You will work closely with wait staff and restaurant personnel to coordinate a seamless flow, ensuring that every guest's experience meets our high company standards.
This role is dynamic and team-oriented. Beyond welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables, you will actively contribute to the restaurant's operations during downtime. This includes refilling beverages, setting tables, preparing food for to-go areas, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining environment. You will be the bridge between the front of house and the kitchen, communicating effectively to resolve guest inquiries and ensure service excellence.
