As a Culinary Standards Manager, you will be a vital part of the shoreside culinary team based in Celebration, FL. Your mission is to drive hands-on menu development, recipe package creation, and implementation across the entire Disney Cruise Line fleet. You will oversee culinary standards for Main Dining, a la Carte, Concierge Offerings, food courts, private islands (Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay), groups & functions, and crew offerings. This role requires you to manage recipe auditing, cost control, and consistency for all current and future vessels, ensuring that every guest experience is unforgettable.
