About the Role
Based at the Embassy Suites in Omaha, NE, this part-time role is essential to the success of our banquet operations. You will be the face of our service during events, responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders. Your day will involve arranging linens, settings, and A/V equipment, as well as serving food and beverages with a focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Beyond the event floor, you will maintain clean and organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle. A key part of your day involves managing guest needs with professionalism, acting as a supportive partner to the event contact to ensure a seamless experience for everyone attending.
