You will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, responsible for the preparation and cooking of food while ensuring a seamless dining experience. In this fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will execute designated preparation and line stations, coordinating food orders to ensure timely delivery to every table. Your day involves setting up stations according to established guidelines, preparing food based on sales forecasts, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work collaboratively with management to train new staff, cross-train on various stations, and ensure the kitchen remains a clean and safe space for both guests and team members.
