The Kitchen Manager plays a pivotal role in this dynamic environment, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, safety, and efficiency. This role supports a productive and organized back-of-house operation, ensuring compliance with union guidelines, health and sanitation standards, and company SOPs. Working closely with culinary and food & beverage leadership, the Kitchen Manager helps deliver a strong guest experience by leading the kitchen team effectively, maintaining labor and productivity standards, and ensuring all food is executed to standard across all departments.
