About the Role
The Senior Managing Editor, Content and Test Development serves as the strategic and operational leader for our assessment content and production editorial teams. This role is critical for ensuring editorial quality across the full assessment lifecycle—from item development through final production and ancillary materials.
In this position, you will drive the adoption of AI-enabled editorial workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, project teams, and clients, contributing expertise to proposals and staffing models. The role focuses on balancing high-volume, concurrent deadlines with rigorous quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
