About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO and leadership team. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring our executives can focus on driving Tripleseat's growth and serving our customers. You'll be at the center of our operations, coordinating across teams, anticipating needs, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

In this position, you will leverage modern tools and AI to accelerate workflows, turning messy inputs into polished outputs and maintaining a predictable operating rhythm. You will act as a gatekeeper and strategist, managing complex calendars, coordinating high-stakes travel and events, and handling highly confidential information with discretion.

  • check_circleManage executive calendars end-to-end including scheduling across time zones and resolving conflicts
