About the Role

We are seeking an AI Developer to join our IT Department and drive the modernization of our banking operations. In this role, you will move beyond simple task automation to fully reinvent legacy workflows. You will design and architect robust individual agents within Gemini Enterprise (Agent Space) to autonomously handle specific business tasks with high reliability. Your work will involve orchestrating complex connected integrations to replace outdated processes and deploying scalable AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform technologies to solve complex banking challenges.

You will be a key driver in establishing an enterprise data-driven culture. By mentoring teams on the capabilities of AI and demonstrating the value of predictive analytics, you will help business units identify and document processes suitable for intelligent automation. This position requires a creative problem-solver who can design novel automation workflows for non-standard, "leading-edge" business problems and integrate Generative AI and Machine Learning models into enterprise applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will be expected to collaborate closely with the Automation Team Lead and the VP of BI & Automation. The role involves constant communication within the automation team, active cross-training, and sharing knowledge of new AI developments. Successful candidates will also be required to support critical deployments or incidents, which may occasionally require working outside of normal business hours.
