We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE). This specialized role focuses on designing and governing AI solutions across all accounting, finance, and financially-integrated systems. Because every business process at this company has a financial impact, this role is critical in ensuring that AI initiatives properly handle financial data flows, maintain reconciliation integrity, and seamlessly integrate with core finance and ERP systems.
The AI Solutions Architect will act as the technical leader responsible for mapping how AI-powered applications interact with financial processes, ensuring every monetary entry, adjustment, or transaction ultimately flows back to the finance system with full auditability and control. You will translate complex finance and accounting requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant AI architectures while maintaining visibility across all financially relevant AI initiatives.
In this position, you will partner closely with the CFO, Controller, FP&A, Accounting, and IT leadership to identify high-value AI opportunities. You will bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and technical execution, balancing innovation with strict compliance and control. Your day-to-day involves conducting architecture reviews to validate accuracy, security, and integration quality for all AI initiatives with a financial component.
You will own the end-to-end process flow mapping for financially impacted systems, documenting where data enters and exits, and how it moves between operational systems, AI applications, and the central finance platform. A key part of your mission is building and maintaining a comprehensive integration map covering AI systems, ERP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise platforms. You will also facilitate cross-functional workshops between finance, operations, and engineering teams to drive alignment on solution design and trade-offs.
Qualified candidates will be considered for this hybrid role, which requires 3 days in the Lincolnshire office. The selection process involves reviewing your architectural experience with finance systems and AI/ML solutions, followed by discussions on your approach to data governance and integration patterns.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
