About SHI International Corp.

Since 1989, SHI International Corp. has helped organizations change the world through technology. Today, we are a $16 billion global provider of IT solutions and services, with over 17,000 organizations worldwide relying on our concierge approach to solve what's next. The heartbeat of SHI is our 7,000 employees. As the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S., we are committed to diversity, continuous professional growth, and providing world-class facilities and technology to help you thrive.

About the Role

The Senior Solutions Architect - Microsoft AI is a revenue-carrying presales leader responsible for driving new business within SHI's Data & AI professional services practice. As the practice's primary technical authority on Microsoft's AI and automation capabilities, you will own a personal bookings target and operate across the full presales lifecycle—from discovery and technical qualification through solution design, proposal development, and executive presentation.

A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that client-facing solutions tell a unified story. While specialist Solution Architects bring deep expertise in data platforms, governance, and security, you will ensure the AI and agent layer is architected to take full advantage of those foundations. You will lead the charge in AI agent development and multi-agent orchestration, helping enterprises move beyond simple chatbots toward autonomous agents that reason, plan, and take action. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building production agents and a clear vision for how multi-agent architectures will reshape enterprise operations.

The Interview Process

Candidates selected for this role will engage in a comprehensive evaluation designed to assess technical depth, presales acumen, and cultural fit. The process typically includes:

  1. Initial Screening: A conversation with a recruiter to discuss background, career goals, and role alignment.
  2. Technical Deep Dive: A detailed session with the hiring manager and senior architects to explore your experience with Microsoft AI, agent orchestration, and solution design.
  3. Presales Simulation: A scenario-based discussion focusing on pipeline development, proposal structuring, and executive presentation skills.
  4. Team Fit: Final interviews with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with SHI's collaborative culture.

Join Our Team

At SHI, we offer health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family, along with opportunities for leadership growth. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or protected veteran status.
