Red River brings together the ideal combination of talent, partners, and products to disrupt the status quo in technology and drive success for business and government. With more than 20 years of experience in security, networking, analytics, collaboration, mobility, and cloud solutions, we serve organizations well beyond traditional technology integration. Our operations, support, sales, and technical teams work together to create a positive impact on citizens, soldiers, consumers, and employees. That's what it means to Rock the Red.
We work with purpose, looking to disrupt the status quo in meaningful ways. We act with integrity, showing respect for all and demonstrating our commitment to ethics. We value collaboration and work as a team to accomplish goals, elevate creativity, and support curiosity to re-imagine the use of technology. We have a strong work ethic, seek continuous improvement in all we do, and embrace philanthropy to drive positive change within communities around us.
This position serves as the primary representative of Red River, managing customer project efforts and delivering exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of complex projects lasting approximately six months or longer. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness. Your charter is to complete projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase Professional Services projects from award through closeout. You will interface with and manage the customer stakeholder team, ensuring clear communication cadences with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders. The day-to-day involves planning, coordination, scheduling, and execution, while effectively using project management tools to track cost, labor hours, and progress against approved budgets. You will make day-to-day project decisions within the approved scope and escalate promptly when risks threaten delivery or customer trust.
Success in this role relies on a powerful plan with clearly defined roles, effective multidirectional communication, and strict scope control. You will leverage knowledge from prior projects to maintain a consistent methodology, ensuring all stakeholders share a common vision of how success will be judged. You will also mentor Project Managers to reinforce execution discipline and accountability.
