Red River brings together the ideal combination of talent, partners, and products to disrupt the status quo in technology and drive success for business and government. With more than 20 years of experience in security, networking, analytics, collaboration, mobility, and cloud solutions, we serve organizations well beyond traditional technology integration. Our operations, support, sales, and technical teams work together to create a positive impact on citizens, soldiers, consumers, and employees. That's what it means to "Rock the Red."
We work with purpose, looking to disrupt the status quo in meaningful ways. We act with integrity, showing respect for all and demonstrating our commitment to ethics. We value collaboration and work as a team to accomplish goals, while elevating creativity and supporting curiosity to re-imagine the use of technology. We have a strong work ethic, seek continuous improvement in all we do, and embrace philanthropy to drive positive change within communities around us.
This position serves as the primary representative of Red River, managing customer project efforts and delivering exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of complex projects lasting approximately six months or longer. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities relating to customer projects, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and execution. Your charter is to complete projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase Professional Services projects from award through closeout. This role requires you to interface with and manage the customer stakeholder team on all assigned projects, ensuring that scope, labor hours, and deliverables remain aligned throughout the lifecycle. You will establish a clear communication cadence with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent updates and transparency. Additionally, you will coordinate with peer Project Managers when project scope spans multiple practices, clearly defining ownership and responsibilities.
Success in this role relies on a powerful plan, effective multidirectional communication, and strict scope control. You will be expected to make day-to-day project decisions within the approved scope and budget, escalating promptly when risks threaten delivery or customer trust. You will also mentor other Project Managers to reinforce execution discipline and accountability, ensuring project artifacts and documentation are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
