About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Traditional Mandarin (Taiwan) Transcriber to join our Orlando, FL office. In this project-based role, you will convert audio and video recordings into written text accurately and efficiently. This position is designed for native speakers who can make extra money by working flexible hours, ranging from a minimum of 8 hours per week up to a maximum of 40 hours.

You will be responsible for transforming spoken content into text while adhering to client-specific conventions, formatting standards, and "clean room" policies. The ideal candidate possesses strong listening skills, excellent grammar, and a keen eye for detail. Your day-to-day involves reviewing and proofreading transcripts for accuracy, managing time effectively to meet deadlines, and handling confidential information with strict discretion. You will also serve as a bridge for process improvements and report any technical issues promptly.

Candidates must be fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and typing Traditional Mandarin (Taiwan). To proceed, you will be required to pass a language assessment test to verify your ability to understand a wide range of accents and dialects. Successful candidates will be authorized to work in the United States and must be at least 18 years old.
