Safety Training Specialist- OSHA 500-Telecom Construction Experience

About the Role

BCOMM Constructors, a Primoris company, is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Training Specialist to support our operational needs. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for developing and delivering training content, ensuring our team is equipped with the necessary skills for new hire orientation, re-training, and the implementation of new initiatives.

Your day-to-day involves organizing and scheduling training events in both corporate and community-based settings. You will oversee the production of classroom handouts, instruction materials, aids, and manuals, while also delivering customer- or job-specific training courses. Additionally, you will maintain accurate training records and assist in multiple training events utilizing traditional or modern job training methods.
