BCOMM Constructors, a Primoris company, is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Training Specialist to support its operational needs. This role is integral to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency within the utilities and construction sectors.

About the Role

As a Training Specialist, you will serve as a key resource for both new hires and existing staff. Your day-to-day involves contributing to the development of training content, organizing schedules for orientation and re-training, and overseeing the production of classroom handouts and instructional manuals. You will deliver customer- and job-specific training courses, utilizing both traditional and modern job training methods in corporate or community-based settings. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate training records and assisting in the execution of multiple training events.
