Senior Software Engineer (AI-First/Agentic Development)

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer (AI-First/Agentic Development), you will join a fast-moving, high-performing team dedicated to building modern, cloud-native applications with an AI-first mindset. This position goes beyond traditional coding; it focuses on orchestrating systems of humans and AI to accelerate delivery and expand what small teams can accomplish.

You will leverage tools like Claude Code, Anti-gravity, GitHub Copilot, and autonomous coding agents to design, build, test, and operate software more efficiently than traditional approaches. The role requires a strong desire to experiment with emerging technologies, embrace rapid iteration, and continuously evolve how software is built.

Day in the Life

In your first 30 days, you will dive into critical escalations, contribute to operations, and lead discussions on solutions for requirements generated by both external customers and internal departments. You will be responsible for delivering four features to production, demonstrating new developments in stand-ups, and collaborating with product ownership.

Your work will span modern web and mobile apps as well as legacy .NET applications. You will own features end-to-end, from concept to production, including observability and performance, while contributing to system design for distributed, event-driven, and microservices architectures. You will also participate in incident response, utilizing automation and AI to diagnose and resolve issues faster.
