The GIS Map Developer will drive the full lifecycle of systems supporting the tagging and updating of GIS roadway map data. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex geospatial data and the internal teams that rely on it. You will be responsible for consuming and caching data from third-party providers, managing data tagging and presentation, and crafting the UI experience for our internal users.
This position offers significant autonomy, requiring a self-starter who can independently problem-solve and address challenges while leveraging support from our DevOps and infrastructure personnel. You will actively receive and address feedback from internal teams to continuously improve and iterate on the systems you build.
