We are seeking a highly experienced administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to a team of senior leaders within a large, fast-paced financial environment. This role is designed to enable effective meeting management, client engagement, and seamless travel and expense processing while supporting day-to-day client logistical operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in a high-stakes setting.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York City at One Bryant Park (Bank of America Tower). The position requires a standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, during the first shift.
The base pay range for this position is $25.00 to $50.84 per hour, with offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan, where awards are based on individual performance, group contributions, and the overall success of the company.
