As an Administrative Assistant in the Finance Department, you will serve as a key operational partner to the Chief Financial Officer, exercising independent judgment to ensure the smooth coordination of calendars, meetings, and communications. This role also provides secondary support to the Vice Presidents of People & Culture, Artistic Planning, and Orchestra and Production.
In this position, you will act as a gatekeeper and facilitator for executive leadership, handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Your day will involve managing complex schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings, drafting correspondence, and maintaining organized files. You will work collaboratively across departments, serving as a vital link within the Finance team and the broader executive leadership group. This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, requiring in-person presence at Orchestra Hall or administrative offices.
