As the Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Executive Leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative office and facilitating the high-level governance of our Board of Directors. You will act as a central hub for information, coordinating complex schedules, managing critical communications, and supporting the organization's mission through meticulous administrative oversight.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the office, handling everything from mail distribution and supply inventory to workspace assignments. You will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Manager with credentialing, onboarding, and employee rosters, while also assisting the finance department with essential reporting and data management. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our Quality Improvement Committee and other organizational committees, ensuring that meetings, luncheons, and conferences are executed flawlessly.
Beyond daily operations, you will be instrumental in our growth and governance efforts. This includes prospecting for grants, assisting in their development and tracking, and maintaining comprehensive electronic and physical files for historical, personnel, and financial records. You will also be responsible for organizing board materials, updating rosters, and ensuring that board meetings run smoothly, reflecting our commitment to transparency and effective leadership.
