About the Team

Allied Technologies and Consulting (ATC) is seeking Project/Product Management Analysts to join our team supporting the United States Army Medical Material Development Activity (USAMMDA) at Ft. Detrick, Maryland. USAMMDA serves as the premier developer of world-class military medical capabilities, with a mission to create and deliver quality medical solutions that protect, treat, and sustain the health of Service Members.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide full-time project management and acquisition support within a complex, fast-paced military medical research and development environment. You will work directly within Project Management Offices (PMOs) to coordinate and consolidate acquisition activities, ensuring the seamless execution of critical initiatives that advance product capabilities.

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the PMO, managing the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Working Group (WG) annual reporting cycles. Your day-to-day will involve scheduling meetings, coordinating with diverse participants ranging from military personnel to civilians, and preparing agendas, documentation, and minutes. You will track action items, disperse taskers to appropriate team members, and validate information to ensure comprehensive responses for management review.

You will also support major initiatives by assisting with programmatic and technical document reviews, market research, and vendor site visits. A key part of your responsibility involves maintaining sensitivity to information flows relevant to the Government Product Manager and assisting with fiscal management through budget analysis and contract support. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the DoD Acquisition Lifecycle, DoD 5000 guidelines, and FDA regulatory processes, alongside the ability to manage multiple, diverse, simultaneous efforts effectively.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role must be U.S. Citizens and are required to pass a Public Trust background investigation (NACI) and drug testing. Some travel may be required depending on project needs.

Equal Opportunity

Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.
