About the Role
As a Store Manager at our Poteau, Oklahoma location (The Shoppes On Broadway), you will serve as the face of the brand, representing our company through your appearance, attitude, and professionalism. This role is designed for a leader passionate about outstanding customer service and merchandise promotion. You will oversee the store's sales efforts across all departments, ensuring efficiency and profitability while upholding our organization's policies and goals.
In this position, you will partner closely with the District Sales Manager and Store Support Center to drive initiatives and business growth. You will be expected to possess deep knowledge of every product area within the store, mentoring a team of Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training to excel in sales strategies and skills. Your day-to-day involves managing store assets, controlling expenses, and maintaining proper security in partnership with Asset Protection to prevent theft.
