About the Role
Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams serve as the vital link between our wholesale and retail customers and our extensive product portfolio. In this role, you will determine customer needs, answer questions about our paints and coatings, and recommend the right solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Beyond sales, you are expected to promptly resolve concerns, maintain high visual standards for the store, and stay up-to-date with evolving product features.
The position is dynamic and customer-focused, requiring you to build productive trust relationships while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. You will engage with customers in person and over the phone, process transactions accurately, and manage inventory to ensure assigned areas remain in-stock and presentable. The role also involves hands-on product preparation, such as tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, and may include loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries.

Requirements
