About the Role

As a Color Mixer Specialist, you will be the creative and technical heart of our store operations. You will tint and mix paint to precise customer specifications, ensuring every project gets the perfect color. Beyond the mixing station, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their unique needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions.

This role is about more than just mixing; it is about maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products while delivering excellent customer service. You will stay up-to-date with product features, assist customers in person and over the phone, and help the store achieve its sales goals. You will be expected to work at Store #2772 in Mocksville, NC, in a part-time capacity of up to 28 hours per week.
