Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
The selected individual will work at a store within a 20-mile radius of Store #2538 (3600 S. College Road, Ste J, Wilmington, NC 28557). This is a full-time position involving contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and merchandise. Due to the nature of the role, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, and the general public.
