About the Role

Color Mixer Specialists are the creative and technical heart of our store, responsible for tinting and mixing paint to exact customer specifications. Beyond the mixing station, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both wholesale and retail customers, helping them determine their needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending the perfect solutions. This role is about more than just mixing colors; it is about maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products while delivering excellent customer service that drives the store's sales goals.

You will be working at Store #2772 in Mocksville, NC, in a full-time capacity. This position involves regular contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and store merchandise. As such, a review of criminal history is conducted to protect the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

The Hiring Process
