About the Role
This position is designed to promote an excellent customer experience while overseeing the front-of-store team. You will lead by example, engaging with all customers to ensure prompt, courteous service and actively promoting our loyalty programs. Your day will involve maintaining a clean and organized store environment while modeling outstanding customer service standards.
In this role, you will take an active part in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, coaching them on how to personalize the customer experience. You will manage daily operations by assigning registers, coordinating breaks, and responding to point-of-sale coverage needs. Additionally, you will address customer concerns promptly, ensure adherence to store plans and labor laws, and support safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Success in this role requires a team player who can effectively train others, multitask, and adapt to unexpected situations.
